Privacy

Bb & the Gang is Elisabetta Radicati, based in Bulgaria. You can reach me at hello@bbandthegang.com.

What I collect and why. If you message me on Instagram to order something, that conversation happens on Instagram, under Instagram’s own privacy policy. I only use it to make and send your piece. This site itself uses Google Analytics (GA4) to see how many people visit and which pages they read and Google Ads, to see whether an ad led to an enquiry. Neither tool tells me who you are personally; they show me numbers and patterns.

Messages from this site. The two forms on this site (“Write to me” on Your idea, and “I’d like this”) send what you write, how to reach you, any file you attach and, from Your idea, a picture of your design, to me through Forminit (forminit.com), a service that receives website forms, keeps a copy of each message in my Forminit account until I delete it, and emails it to me. If Forminit can’t be reached, the same message goes through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which keeps the text for 30 days and does not keep the files. I use your message only to answer you and to make your piece.

Design of the month. Only if you tick the box when you send a design: if I choose it, I show the design on Instagram and, if it wins, on this site, with the first name and age you wrote, and nothing else about you. If a child made it, the parent ticks the box. Write to me any time and I take it down.

Cookies and consent. The banner on this site lets you choose whether to allow analytics and ad cookies. If you choose “Necessary only”, no analytics or ad cookies are set. You can change your mind any time by clearing your browser’s cookies for this site.

Your rights. Under GDPR, you can ask what data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how it’s used. Just email hello@bbandthegang.com and I’ll sort it out directly; there’s no bigger company behind this than me.
